This front desk is fully integrated with GDS/IDS as well as our channel manager so that more bookings with-out bothering double booking will be its important feature.

HOUSEKEEPING: Status of rooms for check-in; rooms under housekeeping after check-out; room-wise housekeeper allotment; supervisor checking /clearance and so ready for check-in is some important features of the software. Being cloud base online software, Owner/General manager can see room wise status, sitting at any part of the world and so better management and services will be ensured.

POINT OF SALE: Unlimited POS i.e. Room Service, Restaurant, SPA, Swimming pool etc. can be created and also may be linked with room number to ensure single billing for smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Hotel can keep records of its inventory along with new arrival as well as issue of the same. Up to date closing balance will ensure smooth transferring of shift-in-charges. Auto generation of invoice for the goods being purchased from e-business feature will be activated as soon as any goods quantity reaches critical level.

ACCOUNTS: All head-wise income, head-wise expenditure can be recorded which will be used for generating different usable reports. Tally interface is optional and chargeable.

REPORTS: Several reports generation will help the client to understand strength as well as weakness in different mode of operations of hotel and so to take remedial actions to increase profit.

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM (CHANNEL MANAGER): In present system each hotel has to enter in agreement with different booking channels and to allot rooms to them for reservations. Again if a hotel wants to run a promotion in off season or removal of promotion in season time it will have to communicate it to each channel. Any fully booked dates along with off line bookings will have to communicate each channel otherwise double booking will cause other problems.
